Yes, with some guidelines. We recommend colouring extension hair only to a darker or the same level as its current colour — toning is fine, but lightening the extension hair itself isn't recommended. Extensions come in a full range of colours, so different shades can also be combined across your extensions to create a highlight or balayage effect, and Micro-Strands and Tape can be combined in the same fitting for the most natural result.
