How long will my service take?
At JKH, we take pride in our work and strive for perfection. Achieving this level of quality requires time and will vary depending on the service you require. Typically, our hair colour appointments, which include a cut and blow-dry, take around three to four hours. However, your appointment could range anywhere from two to five hours, and we can discuss this further during your consultation. We promise that the time you spend with us will be worth it.
Do you offer consultation?
A free 15-minute consultation, either in person or over the phone, is available to discuss your achievable hair goals and share our expertise.
Do you do Color correction?
We have a lot of experience in colour correction and providing intensive hair repair solutions. Our goal is to help you achieve the hair color you love while also restoring your hair to a healthy and gorgeous state. If you’re unsure about how to get started, we offer a free consultation to assist you in planning your transformation.

What is the cancellation policy?
Please note that we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice in case you need to cancel any of our services. This will allow us to make necessary arrangements and avoid any inconvenience.
Do I need to confirm my bookings?
We require confirmation of your appointment through our automated text/sms system by Fresha. Please provide your card details to secure the booking.
What if I do not like my colour or my hair cut?
We have a 7-day notification policy if you need adjustments to your hair. No refunds. Corrections are free with a consultation. Please note that any change of mind requests are not included.
Is it possible to pay for a haircut without getting a blow-dry?
It's not possible to get a haircut without a blow dry. We need to see the cut when the hair is dry to determine if it requires additional trimming and refining. Cutting the hair when it's dry is an essential part of achieving the perfect hairstyle.
Do I need to have a blow-dry?
We highly recommend getting a blow dry with your color service to accurately assess the color. It is our policy that first-time clients have a blow dry with their color service to ensure their satisfaction with the final result.
Is a “trim” the same price as a haircut?
Yes; cuts of any length are charged at the same rate.
