Booking an Appointment:
In order to ensure a smooth and fair experience for all of our clients and staff,
we have the following policies in place for rescheduling and cancelling appointments:
-Please take note of our non-refundable 48-hour cancellation policy.
We send text reminders 5 and 3 days before your appointment to give you sufficient time to cancel or reschedule.
-To secure your booking, both new and existing clients are required to pay a deposit. Please make sure to pay the deposit as soon as you receive your appointment confirmation from us.
-If we do not receive a confirmation from you, your appointment time is still open to other clients to book, meaning your appointment is not guaranteed until you confirm it.
-If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, we will keep your deposit as a cancellation fee. However, if you don't show up for your appointment after confirming it, we will require you to pay a 100% no-show fee.
-If you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance, we can refund your deposit.
Service Guarantee:
At Janos Kiss Hair, we prioritize delivering exceptional service and exceeding your expectations with our premium products and skilled team. We conduct detailed consultations prior to your appointment to ensure your desires are understood and met. If, however, you find yourself unsatisfied with your hair after your visit, it's imperative that you inform us within 7 days. We are committed to addressing any concerns and will gladly redo your hair at no extra cost.. It's important to note that this guarantee excludes changes of mind, which will incur additional charges.
Arrival Time:
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are lost or running late, please call the salon. Arriving late may result in losing your appointment, as we reserve the right to book another client in your place. It is essential that you contact us if you will be running late so that we can try to accommodate you.
Personal Hygiene:
In consideration of our clientele, if our hairstylist detects hair lice, their eggs, or any other parasitic insects, we reserve the right to immediately stop serving the customer and request that they seek formal medical help. Payment is mandatory at the time of the visit, including all products used, and is based on our cancellation policy, where time is reserved in good faith by our salon.
Product Exchange Policy:
We do not provide refunds of any kind, but if a product is faulty, we will exchange it. This does not apply to electrical items such as hair dryers or styling irons. The warranty for these items is provided by the manufacturer, and they cannot be exchanged in the salon due to concerns with forfeiting.
Children: As a courtesy to other salon guests and to maintain a relaxed and professional atmosphere, we ask that you watch your children at all times while in the salon. This is also for their safety.
Personal Items: Please note that personal items are the responsibility of the client at all times. We do not accept responsibility for any items lost in the salon.
Payment Methods: Payment for all services can be made in cash. Payment by EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX will incur a surcharge.
