Are you new to Janos Kiss Hair or has it been more than 12 weeks since your last visit? If so, please select this option while booking your appointment to allow for extra time. Additionally, we offer the option to book a consultation in person or over the phone before making your full appointment.

-Please take note of our non-refundable 48-hour cancellation policy

We send text reminders 5 and 3 days before your appointment to give you sufficient time to cancel or reschedule. 

-To secure your booking, both new and existing clients are required to pay a deposit. Please make sure to pay the deposit as soon as you receive your appointment confirmation from us. 

-If we do not receive a confirmation from you, your appointment time is still open to other clients to book, meaning your appointment is not guaranteed until you confirm it. 

-If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, we will keep your deposit as a cancellation fee. However, if you don't show up for your appointment after confirming it, we will require you to pay a 100% no-show fee. 

If you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance, we will refund your deposit or transfer it to your future appointment.
